Consultancy provides bespoke employee engagement, experience, and communications solutions across APAC

(Melbourne) Hope Communications, one of PR Week’s 6 APAC agencies to watch out for in 2021, has opened a second office in Melbourne, Australia.
Based out of Hong Kong for the last year, Hope Communications provides a range of strategic services including employee experience, employee engagement and communications, change and leadership communications, and diversity and inclusion strategy.
“I am thrilled to bring Hope Communications to Melbourne and to expand our services to the vibrant and exciting Australian market, as well as continuing to serve clients in Hong Kong and across Asia,” states Victoria Hope, Managing Director of Hope Communications.
“The pandemic has proven just how vital it is for companies to communicate effectively, authentically, and empathetically. Now we are moving into pandemic recovery, companies are being confronted by the Great Resignation. Up to 40% of employees are actively looking for a new role that provides greater purpose, more fulfilment and better pay and benefits, including flexibility. In Australia, this represents more than four times the number of people job hunting compared to pre-pandemic levels.”
“C-suite executives recognise the need to continue to reshape their employee engagement and employee experience to respond to this changing environment. Attrition is costly, both financially and in the loss of institutional knowledge. Conversely, companies with the highest levels of employee engagement see big improvements in productivity, reduced attrition, enhanced employer brand and increases in profitability.”
